What is Deals Wanted and how does it work?

Every time you save search criteria, it’s posted in ‘Deals Wanted’ section of our site. This feature allows our members to find and connect with potential buyers that are interested in a particular type of property. For example if you are in the market for a multifamily property that has a CAP rate of 7-9%, our sellers can easily find you and present their opportunity. You can use ‘Short Description’ field to provide more details regarding what exactly you are looking for.

We suggest that you take full advantage of this feature for two reasons:

1.      It can easily match you with already listed opportunities

2.      This is one of the best ways for you to be found by sellers who wants to contact buyers in a private matter instead of listing the property.

You can edit your Short Descriptions by clicking ‘Deals Wanted’ link on the right side bar in My Account tab. When you decide to delete your post completely, simply go to ‘Saved Searches’ and delete search criteria that is no longer needed.
